Policies

Cancellations and reschedules 

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and all payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice through the link in your confirmation email. Without 48 hours’ notice, the session fee is forfeited. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late, and if you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be canceled. Missed appointments without notice (“no call/no shows”) will prevent future bookings. Frequent rescheduling or cancellations may result in dismissal from the practice. Please ensure intake forms are completed before your session for safety reasons.

Spa Etiquette 

Soul Well Massage operates in a shared space with other businesses. Please keep noise in the hallway and lobby to a minimum and turn off the sound on your phone. Out of respect for other guests, children are not welcome at the spa. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Inclement Weather 

Your safety is my top priority, especially during inclement weather. I will proactively contact you two hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm if the studio will be open. If weather conditions make it unsafe for you to travel, I understand and accept same-day cancellations without any penalties. I will work with you to either credit your account or simply reschedule.  Please rest assured that I am committed to ensuring your well-being.

Gift Cards, Discount Codes, and Packages   

All sales of gift cards are final. I do not offer refunds on gift card purchases. With the authorization of the purchaser, gift cards may be transferred to another recipient. Please inform me in writing or in person to process the transfer. Gift cards are redeemable for massage services and related treatments, not cash. Gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Only one discount code may be used at a time. 5 session packages must be used within 6 months. 10 session packages must be used within 12 months. Packages are shareable and non-refundable. Packages are subject to the cancellation and reschedule policy. Rescheduling a package session more than twice will result in the forfeit of that session.

Sick Policy 

If you have cold, fever, nausea, flu, or Covid-19 symptoms, please reschedule as soon as possible. I cannot massage a sick person as it puts me and my other clients at risk. If you arrive sick, your session will be canceled with no refund.

Refusal of service 

For safety reasons, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to the following: Intoxication, hate speech, sexual or romantic advances, contagious or unidentified skin conditions.
